Thanks to Olivier Sebad and his team, we were able to buy a great place we can call home. It took us more than one year to find the house we really liked. Thanks to Olivier’s patience and tenacity, we were able to see numerous homes. During every visit, Olivier spent countless time sharing his expertise and guiding us through the process. He was always prepared with the comps, in-depth knowledge about the neighborhood in terms of safety, schools, and etc. Given the competitive housing market, there were times when we had to act fast and schedule house visits within minutes.
